Livin Modular, formerly Green Precast, is an Australian company, specialising in manufacturing of monolithic precast buildings across the Australian content- mainly in Melbourne. SMD has partnered with Livin Modular to design for the manufacture and assembly of private and public buildings such as homes, offices, out-houses, cabins, public toilets and similar public infrastructure.
