Project done in partnership with Livspace The first big move form an old rental property that the client and his family of four had lived in, this forever flat for a tech professional needed to embrace the need for multiple personalities in a single large home. The living room is divided by an art deco inspired metal partition into two parts housing the dining and lounging areas. Each of the three bedrooms reflect the taste of each of the family members while balancing utility and aesthetics. A long corridor which bridges the private and public parts of the home is adorned with a proportionate mural following the art deco theme and motifs. This flat was designed to utilise modular manufacturing materials and designs perfected by Livspace.
