Following the design and contracting of multiple successful home interior projects in India, the client reached out to have their home remodelled from a basic shell into an opulent and liveable space. This property, being part of the prestigious Total Environment group of projects, showcases an Indian vernacular style of Architecture which is exudes an air of tranquillity, simplicity and deep rootedness. Following suit and staying true to this theme, SMD designed this elegant home specifying it with the best quality wood and customising each corner based it its intended use. While the Kitchen is adorned with the most exclusive synthetic countertop, the private living sees complex contraptions of polished wood and metal that house the TV console, bar and book shelf. A motif of straight lines at right angles can be found throughout the design language.
